30-Day Return Policy We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return Email us at nexaroco.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

- Damaged items due to misuse
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
